    Thermomix Pistachio Jaffa Fudge

    NO BAKE!  Yep when I see that I am all in!  This Thermomix pistachio jaffa fudge is the perfect recipe when you have unexpected guests coming or you've been invited to a bbq one night!  Ready within 3 hours you will be serving/walking out the door thinking you're the masterchef!  :)

    Pistachio Jaffa Fudge

    Ingredients

    • 50g pistachio nuts
    • 40g white choc melts
    • 250g Choc Ripple biscuits
    • 300g dark choc melts
    • 400g condensed milk
    • 20g coconut oil
    • 1 teaspoon ThermoFun Vanilla Bean Paste
    • ½ - 1 teaspoon orange oil (depending on strength)

    Instructions

    1. Line a 20cm square slice tin with baking paper.
    2. Place pistachio nuts and white chocolate into TM bowl and roughly chop 2 sec / speed 6. Set aside. (This is for sprinkling on top).
      No need to wash TM bowl.
    3. Place chocolate biscuits into TM bowl and crumb 10 sec / speed 9. Set aside.
      No need to wash TM bowl.
    4. Place dark chocolate into TM bowl and grate 5 sec / speed 9.
    5. Add condensed milk, coconut oil, vanilla and orange oil and cook 5 mins / 100°C / speed 2 / MC off.
    6. Add biscuit crumbs and mix 10 sec / speed 4. Scrape down and repeat.
    7. Working quickly, pour into tin. Tip: to get remaining fudge off blades place TM bowl back onto unit 5 sec / speed 10.
    8. Sprinkle nuts and white chocolate on top, gently pressing them down so they stick.
    9. Refrigerate approx. 3 hours before cutting up and serving.
    10. Option: Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

    To clean Thermomix bowl

    1. Pour a glass of milk into TM bowl and mix 5 sec / speed 8.
    2. Heat milk 5 mins / 80°C / speed 4.
    3. Enjoy warm chocolate milk. No wasted chocolate!

    Notes

    If using orange oil from a supermarket use 1 tsp.

      I used my DoTerra Wild Orange Essential Oil added in the last 20 seconds of cooking time. 4 drops is all I used and that was enough. I also used 200g callebut dark chocolate and 100g of Nestle milk cooking chocolate. So it is very rich. If you don't use the callebut start with 2 drops of oil.
