Side Note: Refusing to believe it's week 50
!
I've tried this year to offer a great variety of (WOE) Way of Eating foods and it really has tested my cooking abilities but also my taste buds! To my surprise I have thoroughly enjoyed these new recipes! With many thanks to Tania Lee for all her help with suggestions for the type of recipes that are suitable for all the different ways of eating.
The most important taste tester in our house is our daughter Diana (19 yrs!) She is very fussy and honestly if she approves a recipe then I know that we are onto a good thing! :) These sausages she LOVED!! Yay!! :)
These thermomix cevapcici sausages low carb are perfect for the LCHF or even the paleo WOE can indulge in these beauties. I tried sausages as I know a lot of the Funkies have younger aged kids but if you don't want to take the time to form the sausages, then as a burger these are great also!
Cevapcici if you don't know means - skinless sausage and these are perfect! You could match this with Cauliflower Mash & Mushroom Sauce to make the classic "bangers, mash & gravy".
If you're not following a WOE you could pair with the Potato Garlic Mash and any of the salads that are on my website.
The countdown has begun :( If you haven't renewed - get renewing here: ThermoFunkies Renewal :)

Love this recipe. Fantastic to keep in the freezer. Usually prefer them made more into a patty shape though,

So delicious! And just the right amount of spice. Next time I'll blitz onions a little longer, was a little chunky for me
