ThermoFun - Every Day Cookbook - differences between old and new versions

    IMG_3783 2

I've recently had a number of you contact me asking for my document from last year on the differences with the EDC versions.  With the $25 offer in place (ends March 31st) from Thermomix Australia to purchase the new one, I thought this would be helpful for you if you are still contemplating purchasing.

With MANY THANKS to Kerry Willison (a liker on ThermoFun) who took the time in 2013 to compile a list of comparisons to the new Everyday Cookbook (EDC) and the old (spiral bound) EDC.  In addition Kerry has even listed where a recipe has changed name from the old to the new EDC.
    Thank you so much Kerry!

Note:  This information is only based on the old spiral bound EDC and the first new edition published Jan 2013.

Thermomix Australia Tweaks to EDC First Print (Jan 2013 on the back of the book) https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/content/everyday-cookbook-notes-print-version-1

Thermomix Australia Tweaks to EDC Second Print (May 2013 on the back of the book) https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/content/everyday-cookbook-notes-print-version-2

Please note that this is not information from Thermomix Australia, so Kerry and myself may have missed a few things.  If you know of any more differences please let me know and I'll update my information.

Is there anywhere that I can purchase a copy of the original spiral bound Everyday cooking book for a TM31? Love this book.

        Hi Valerie,
You would need to contact TM Australia head office in Perth as it is their book.

Hi Gaby, to the best of my knowledge I don't believe so. However if you are thinking of a particular recipe please ask and I can find out for you.

Also this link may help you too - it lists the contents of all the books: https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?board=52.0
        Cheers
