This thermomix tandoori butter chicken is so easy with so few ingredients! If you have the tandoori spice mix already made and a batch of passata in your freezer it will take you literally 5 minutes to get the ingredients together and start cooking! It has beautiful rich flavours from the ThermoFun Passata and a recipe that children will devour! If you like a bit more spice just add some more tandoori mix to suit your taste buds.

Dannielle says
Was super disappointed in this, very flavourless and the chicken was shredded. Non of us ate it all was a waste of ingredients.

I am so sorry to hear this Dannielle. I'm assuming you didn't use my homemade tandoori mix and my homemade passata as this is where the flavours are. Also it sounds like you used chicken breast rather than thighs as chicken breast does shred.
Anne says
Yum, made this for dinner and it was quick to cook with tandoori spice blend already made and passata in the freezer. Will be a regular in our house. Thanks Leonie for another great family favourite converted to thermomix.
