    Santa's Eggnog

    Christmas time - a time for chaos, relaxation and over indulging.  So when you feel the chaos is closing in and the relaxation needs plugging in then let's Santa's Eggnog calm you down :)

    This is Baileys Eggnog Cocktail is smooth, creamy and just sweet enough! It may have you contemplating & possibly ignoring the rush that happens before Christmas.

    I recommend making your own Baileys (Baileys Irish Cream Recipe) and if your feeling extra adventurous then I suggest giving each of these recipes a go (ThermoFun Baileys Recipes)  Oh and I'll wait to get that Thank You for making your Christmas relaxing and productive with all those home made Baileys Irish Cream gifts :)

    Santa’s Eggnog

    Ingredients

    • 180g Eggnog
    • 120g Baileys Irish Cream
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla paste
    • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
    • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 200g ice
    • Optional: additional nutmeg and cinnamon to sprinkle on top

    Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and blend 30 sec / speed 10.
    2. Pour into 2 generous sized glasses for you and Santa.
    3. Option: lightly dust the tops with some nutmeg and cinnamon.

      Christmas isn't Christmas without eggnog. And eggnog isn't eggnog without Baileys. Lucky Santa to get both in the one drink. So glad I have to taste it before leaving it out for him. For testing purposes of course lol :-) xxx
