Thermomix Green Shrek Juice - no don't let the name fool you, it's not swamp water! *laughing* :) Okay so maybe a better name might be Thermomix Banana, Apple, Strawberry Spinach Smoothie. Getting kids big or small to drink anything green can be a challenge. However, I've found if you put known flavours like banana and strawberry into the mix and if you can persuade them to start with one sip they generally realise just how delicious a green smoothie can be. Calling it a fun name like Shrek Juice just might help too! It's a great way to get extra nutrients in. Experiment with their favourite flavour combinations too. :)
