Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ThermoFun Curry Blend
- 50g grated cheese, cubed
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 20g olive oil
- 3 tablespoon cornflour
- 400g milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small can corn kernels
- 425g tuna, drained
- small vol-au-vent cases
Instructions
- Make Curry Blend and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place cheese into TM bowl and grate 10 sec / speed 9. Set aside.
- Place onion and oil into TM bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5. Scrape down and sauté 5 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / MC off.
- Add cornflour, milk, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon curry blend and corn kernels and mix 10 sec / speed 4 / Reverse. Scrape down.
- Cook 10 mins / 90°C / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Add tuna and cook 5 mins / 90°C / speed 1 / Reverse.
- Place vol-au-vents onto a baking tray and pour tuna mixture into each one.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place in oven for 10 mins.
Notes
This mixture is also great served in large vol-au-vents for a meal, served with a lovely green salad.
