Another commercial dip that I just 'winged' by looking at the ingredient list on the container! I had been asked by a couple of people if I could try and convert this one. I thought my conversion was much nicer than the commercial one. The commercial one in comparison was very salty.
This dip would go beautifully with a dollop on top of my Chilli Beef and Bean Curry, or my Red Bean Curry or served with tacos or burritos.
Serving Size
approx. 450g
Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese, cubed
- 60g yoghurt
- 50g red and green capsicum
- 40g ThermoFun tomato paste
- 1 spring onion, quartered
- 7 drops Tabasco
- 1 red chilli, deseeded
- ½ green chilli, deseeded
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl and chop 1 sec / Turbo.
- Scrape down and repeat until desired consistency.
- Serve chilled.
