Hi Vinod, the egg is necessary as it's a setting agent, plus makes it light and fluffy and makes the marscapone almost custard like. However, you could try using aqua faba instead of egg - whip up 1 can worth of aqua faba and then fold into the mascarpone, sugar, baileys and vanilla mix.
