Here is a list of frequently used Thermomix Reference Tips that I use often. I have it printed out and stuck to the inside of my pantry door. I find it quicker to refer to this rather then flick through the Every Day Cookbook (EDC) or the Basic Cookbook (BCB) if I am not following any particular recipe.
The other list I find really handy to have printed out and stuck to the inside of my pantry, is my Herb and Spice Substitute list: Click here
I hope you find both of these useful. 🙂

Really helpful – thankyou!
thanks Leonie, I’m going to print this off and do the same. What a great idea, can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to make something to realise I’d need to look
it up, ie poached eggs and thought too hard and didn’t do! Now I’ll have no excuse!!!!! Thank you thank you.
Ps love your site, joined last night, so excited to make some new things xx
Thanks Tracy! Welcome aboard too! 🙂
Excellent list Leonie
Just shared on my Facebook page for my clients 🙂
Thanks Sia 🙂
One question as I am not sure – concerns poached egg – you wrote in boiling water. But we put it inside the bowl, not in the basket? Do I understand correctly?
You break the egg and pour it into the boiling water?
