This Thermomix dip recipe was inspired yet again, from a trip to the supermarket whilst browsing all the different types of commercial dips! Yes I think I am addicted to dips! I think it might be the fact that it is a chance to sit down with family and friends and enjoy life with a glass of wine. 🙂

How long do the dips last once made?
Hi Coralie, The dips last approximately 5 days but you can also freeze them once made if you know you’re not going to eat it all within that time.
Thankyou so much for this recipe! It inspired us to make a delicious version of this tonight when friends decided to drop round unexpectedly!
Thank you for this yuuuuuummy dip recipe! So quick and easy to make. Thank you too for the note re freezing. It’s great to have some ‘back up’ dip in the freezer 🙂
THis dip is amazing, tastes just like the store bought version, if not better. I made this recently to take with us on a camping trip and everyone demolished it, very moreish and this recipe makes quite a big batch. IS going to our regulars file. Thankyou!
Mine turned out really runny. Dont know what I did but can I add something to fix it?
It still tastes amazing
I really enjoyed this dip. I didn’t have red capsicum but had roasted capsicum so used that instead and it worked beautifully.
