I had a liker on Thermofun contact me last week asking if I could convert her favourite commercial dip so she could make it in her Thermomix. Marion sent me a photo of the ingredients from the jar. The dip is called Black Bean and Chipotle Salsa. I had trouble tracking down a can of black beans so decided to make it anyway using Borlotti Beans instead.
I have never tasted the jar that Marion sent me a photo of – but what I ‘winged’ is very tasty anyway! Lol! :)

Black beans are often sold in IGA or health food shops. This looks great, will definitely be trying it!

Thanks Melinda - I ended up finding them a few days later in the supermarket where they keep the tacos and burritos! :)
